Terms and conditions for bookings

 

WillowBarns is a stand alone courtyard of rooms all with individual access, there are no staff living on site, this is part of what makes WillowBarns different and charming. However this does mean it is very important to communicate your time of arrival with us, we are very flexible depending upon how busy we are, we ask that check in, is completed ideally between 4pm- 8pm, although we can arrange to leave keys in special circumstances, and earlier check in is often available, please contact us to discuss. 

Payment for the first night is due upon booking, this is returnable less £20 per room up until 14 days prior to your stay. 

Between 7 and 14 days notice of cancellation, the deposit is non returnable. 

Less than 7 days notice of cancellation full payment for the room is payable.

Any cancellations are required in writing via email or post. Cancellation date will be the date received.

Festival bookings deposits are non returnable. 

Full payment for rooms booked for Festivals is due one month before stay dates. If the rooms are re-let due to cancellation, we will refund final payment less deposit.

By paying a deposit you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Please inform us of any special dietary requirements before arrival.

Guests are liable for any damage they cause at WillowBarns.  We reserve the right to charge via credit or debit card for any damage to, or removal of, any property belonging to Willow Barns.

Soap dispensers, bath robes. towels and all other items in the rooms are the property of Willow Barns.

Guests are responsible for their personal possessions and vehicles during their stay at WillowBarns.

 No pets allowed

 No smoking on premises.
