All Rooms are charged at £100 per night, inlcuding breakfast.  If we have

             unsold rooms at weekends these may be sold at £120 per night including

             breakfast.

            These prices exclude, New Year and  Goodwood Events, see below.

             Extra Bed for third person is £35.00 per night extra, on any night of the week. Only

            available in two rooms. We regret that we do not accept children under 12 years

             of age, unless one party is taking all the rooms, please email or call to discuss.

            Bank Holidays 

            We have a two night minimum stay policy on Bank Holiday

            weekends and weekends from March onwards until Mid November, and

            any other time at our discretion.
